This Acceptable Use Policy (Policy) sets out the rules and restrictions governing your use of the Superyacht Interior Studio Platform (Platform). This Policy applies to all users of the Platform, including account holders, Authorised Users, and any persons invited to collaborate on projects.
This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Platform Terms and Conditions. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy. Capitalised terms used in this Policy have the same meaning as set out in our Terms and Conditions, which you can find here
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for everything uploaded to the Platform under your account, including:
· Content you upload directly
· Content imported from other websites
· Actions of any users you invite to collaborate
· All images, text, data and materials you share through the Platform
When importing content from other websites (such as images, product details, or metadata) you must:
· Have the legal right to use that content
· Get permission from the copyright owner if required
· Comply with the terms of use of the website that you’re importing content from
· Check that you are not violating any copyright, trade mark or data protection laws
Important: We have no control over third-party content you import to the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use it.
What you must not do
Illegal Activities
· Breach any UK laws or regulations
· Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
Copyright and Intellectual Property
· Upload or import content that belongs to someone else without permission
· Use images from stock photo sites without a proper licence
· Copy content from websites that prohibit it in their terms of use
· Scrape or extract content from other websites unlawfully
· Use branded or trademarked content without authorisation
Harmful Content
Do not upload, import or share content that is:
· Abusive, threatening, harassing or discriminatory
· Sexually explicit or pornographic
· Defamatory or invades someone's privacy
· False, misleading or fraudulent
· Related to child exploitation in any way
Security Violations
· Do not introduce viruses, malware or harmful code
· Do not try to hack the Platform or access other users' accounts
· Do not use automated tools to scrape data from the Platform
· Do not share your login details with unauthorised people
Misuse of the Platform
· Do not resell or sublicense access to the Platform
· Do not use the Platform to compete with our business
· Do not create multiple accounts to abuse free trials
· Do not impersonate others
Privacy and Data Protection
· Do not collect other users' personal data without consent
· Do not upload personal data in breach of UK GDPR or data protection laws
· Do not send spam or unsolicited marketing
Image and Content Permissions
Content You Upload
When you upload images, photos or other content, you confirm that:
· You own it or have permission to use it
· You have consent from anyone pictured in photos
· It doesn't infringe anyone's copyright, trade mark or privacy rights
Content Imported from Other Websites
When importing content from supplier websites, image libraries or other sources, you must:
· Check the website's terms of use allow this
· Get any required licences or permissions
· Verify you're not infringing anyone's rights
Our Rights
You acknowledge that we have the right to:
· Monitor content on the Platform
· Remove content that breaches the terms of our Terms and Conditions or this Policy
· Investigate any suspected violations
· Revoke your access to our Platform if you are found to have breached the terms of this Policy or our Terms and Conditions.
If you breach this Policy, we may:
· Ask you to remove the content immediately
· Suspend or restrict your account
· Terminate your account completely
· Disclose your details to third parties claiming infringement
· Report you to law enforcement if appropriate
· Take legal action against you
Which laws govern this Policy
This Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts operating in England and Wales and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts and waives any right to object to proceedings being brought in those courts, except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

We may, at any time and at our discretion, vary this Policy by publishing the varied terms on our website or the Platform. We recommend you check our website and the Platform regularly to ensure you are aware of our current terms.
