Account & Billing

Your Dorah account settings and billing information are managed directly within your workspace, giving you full control over your subscription, payment methods, and account details.

Accessing Account Settings

You can access Account Settings from your sidebar.

From here, you can:

  • View your current subscription plan

  • Update billing information and payment method

  • Manage account details such as company name, logo, and contact information

Subscription Plans

Dorah offers flexible subscription options designed to suit different types of users and teams.

Plans

Solo Individual designers or freelancers1 project, unlimited category boards, file uploads, and exports

ProfessionalInterior studios, yacht crews, or small teamsMultiple projects, full client portal access, and advanced list management

Enterprise Larger teams or shipyardsUnlimited projects, team management, and custom integrations

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Settings.

Billing Details

All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

Payment Methods

You can add or update your payment method in the Settings section.
Supported payment methods include:

  • Credit or debit card

  • Business payment cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)

  • Local currency billing (where supported)

Currency

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and automatically converted if your card operates in another currency.

Changing or Cancelling Your Plan

You can make changes to your plan anytime by selecting Manage Subscription in your settings.

Action Effect Upgrading Changes take effect immediately

DowngradingYour current plan remains active until the end of the billing period

CancellingYou retain access until the end of your current term; after that, your workspace becomes deactivated

Account Ownership & Transfers

Each workspace has one Account Holder.

If you need to transfer ownership — for example, during company changes or project handover — contact support@dorah.io from the registered email address.

Ownership transfers are verified for security and must be approved by both parties before completion.

Billing Support

If you experience any issues with payments or receipts:

  1. Confirm that your payment method is valid and up to date.

  2. Check that your card allows international or online transactions.

  3. If the issue continues, contact support@dorah.io with your workspace name and invoice ID.

  • Keep your billing email updated to receive renewal reminders.

  • Review your plan usage periodically — dorah scales easily as your projects grow.
