What Is a Procurement List?

The Procurement List is a refined view of your Item List, containing only approved and ordered items.
It allows you to monitor purchasing progress, compare quotations, and create export-ready documents for suppliers or accounting.

Each line holds:

  • Item Name & Category

  • Supplier & Reference Code

  • Quantity & Finish Details

  • Unit Price & Total Price

  • Status (Quoted → Approved → Ordered → Received → Inventory)

  • Notes & Delivery Dates

This view forms the bridge between design intent and physical delivery.

Building Your Procurement List

  1. Finalise Selections in your Item List.

  2. Update Status to Approved or Ordered.

  3. Review pricing and confirm supplier details.

  4. Export or share as needed.

Working with Live Links

Live Links allow external collaborators or suppliers to view selected procurement data without logging in.

  • Generated directly from your Item List or Procurement List

  • Shareable by secure URL

  • View-only — cannot be edited or downloaded

  • Auto-expires when deactivated

Updating Procurement Progress

Use Dorah’s status flow to track movement from quotation to delivery:

  1. Quoted – quotation requested

  2. Approved – confirmed for order

  3. Ordered – purchase placed

  4. Received – delivered to storage or vessel

  5. Inventory – installed onboard

As statuses update, Dorah recalculates totals automatically, keeping budgets accurate and team communication simple.

Locking Procurement Lists

When an order is finalised, lock the relevant Category Board or List Section.
This prevents unintentional edits while preserving full reference visibility.
Only Account Holders and Admins can unlock for updates or variations..
